Copilot

Put your personas in the room.

Add personas to a live session and they react as you discuss. Tag a persona in a ticket comment and they weigh in. Both work the same way: your personas are participants, not artefacts.

So the idea is to put notifications behind a per-workspace setting. Digest by default for new workspaces, with per-event still available for anyone who wants it.

The thing I'm worried about is admins inheriting it and not knowing the lever exists at all.

Agreeing

Digest-by-default is exactly what I keep asking for. The team will actually read it.

Concerned

Two settings to think about is creep. Can per-event default off for any new org?

Asking

Will admins see the lever in onboarding, or only when something goes wrong?

Reactions are generated from each persona's evidence: agreeing, pushing back, raising concerns, asking, or observing.

Real reactions, not generic AI takes

Each persona reacts in its own voice (agreeing, pushing back, raising a concern, asking, or observing) grounded in the evidence that defines them.

Tag a persona in a ticket

Mention @persona in a comment and they reply as themselves. Useful when a ticket helps one persona but you need to know how it lands for another, and how to make it work for both.

Multiple personas, one conversation

Add as many personas as you want to the room. You'll see each one's take side by side, not a flattened consensus.

Tickets that get a second opinion

Mention a persona. Get their take in seconds.

Open a ticket, write a comment, and @-mention a persona. Corha asks them how the change reads from where they sit and posts the reply right back in the thread, with a positive / negative / mixed verdict next to their name.

  • @persona mentions in any ticket comment
  • Or pick from a list with “Get persona feedback”
  • Reply lands as a comment with a verdict

Per-workspace notification setting

Default new workspaces to digest-style notifications. Keep per-event available as an opt-in.

Helps the @Pragmatic who keep asking for fewer surfaces, but I want to know how this reads for @Strategic (they admin most of the big workspaces).

Mixed verdictAI review

Digest as the default is right for new orgs. The risk for me is existing workspaces inheriting it silently. Surface the setting inside admin onboarding so I know the lever is there. Otherwise I'm a yes.
